Durant cette formation vous apprendrez à explorer et à developper votre force physique, accroitre votre vibration et votre puissance de coeur grâce à la pratique du yoga.

Apprenez a utiliser le Yoga comme un outil de développement personnel qui vous accompagnera au delà de votre tapis, à travers les deux thèmes suivants:

Jour 1:
Réveiller sa puissance de coeur

Jour 2:
Amour et confiance pour transformer sa vie.
·
Vous apprendrez à maitriser les différents outils qu’offre le yoga ( méditation, asana, philosophie, développement personnel  et l’art du toucher ) pour vous connecter d’avantage à votre intuition, developper votre confiance et vous connecter à la vibration de l’amour de soi.

Au programme:
  • exercices ciblés pour construire sa force physique et mental grâce aux asana
  • apprendre à inclure sa puissance énergétique dans sa pratique ( hypnoses, visualisation, concentration…)
  • explication des différents états de consciences pour approfondir son chemin vers la pleine conscience et la méditation.
  • exercices de développement personnel en lien avec la philosophie du yoga pour transformer votre quotidien et aller plus loin dans votre pratique.
  • apprenez l’art du toucher et des ajustements avec confiance pour soigner, transmettre et équilibrer les émotions durant une classe et dans votre quotidien.

Rêveiller sa propre puissance, d’enseignant, de guérisseur,  d’élève ou de communiquant, grâce au yoga. Apprendre l’alignement ( asana ) entre ce que vous pensez ( méditations) , ce que vous dites ( philosophie )  et ce que vous faites ( le quotidien ).  Et maintenant le YOGA ..

Intensive – Daniel Rama & Shakti – 3-4-5 Juillet 2020

 

Master Class with Rama·

Experience an uplifting fusion of modern functional movement and elements of traditional hatha yoga. This 90-minute Master Class is sure to test the limits of both body and mind.. As a teacher of teachers, throughout the class Rama creates opportunities for self-exploration and encourages creative modification. Explore the limits of physicality and beyond! This session is appropriate for all levels.

Becoming Balance:
·
This first workshop session is geared towards a fine-tuning of the foundational components needed for a range of inversions including sirsasana, mayurasana and the classic handstand. Participants will find the opportunity to enhance their understanding of proper alignment and activation, as well as experience functional movement patterns designed to shed light on a variety of easy to advanced hand balance asana. All levels are welcome.

Intelligent Spine Back-bending Workshop
·
The spinal column is one of the most important aspects of our physical system. In many ways, learning how to positively manipulate the spine, is the key to unlocking ones higher potential. Intelligent Spine is a partly theoretical, partly practical session, designed to shed light on the do’s and don’ts of intelligent back-bending. Participants will walk away feeling motivated and more confident in the act of safely manipulating, and working to improve the overall wellness of the human spine.

Beyond Balance Inversion Workshop
·
Expanding onward from Becoming Balance principles, in this session we breakdown additional entries and handstand skills such as hollowbacks, head positions and the seven. Students will also gain exposure to the secrets of sought after asana including flying crow and single arm peacock. It is recommended that participants have basic understanding of the components of a classical handstand.

Master Class with Shakti
·
This 90-minute creative master class features an intelligent series of asana and exercises designed to pull practitioners out of their comfort zone, and into a space of powerful personal improvement. During the class, Rama will be walking around offering experienced adjustments and one-on-one practical insight! Shakti encourages self-exploration and provides appropriate variations making this session suitable for every level of practitioner.

History tells stories of Daniel Rama, living like a monk in an authentic yoga ashram and overcoming crippling injuries through the science of self-improvement. His present however, speaks of travelling the world, with his partner Shakti, purposefully sharing their knowledge of yoga, movement and mindfulness.

Beginners rejoice at his clear, concise instruction. Seasoned practitioners humbly smile at the opportunity to clean up existing technique and attain deeper levels of personal understanding. Sarah “Shakti” Bonsall Bio
·
As a young woman, Shakti, known at the time as Sarah Bonsall, began to seek a deeper side of life. At the age of 18, she moved away from her family to follow a passion for studio arts in Boulder CO. Soon after setting into her new life, Shakti was introduced to yoga and realized that for her, an intelligently designed yoga class was a more potent form of artistic expression than any canvas ever could be. Early on in her practice, Shakti appreciated the physical challenge and momentary peace that yoga was able to yield. Eventually, as her practice continued to expand, Shakti realize the physical limitations of yoga asana, and began to venture out into other movement modalities. With over 2000 hours of formal training in yoga and movement culture, Shakti is a life-long student of improvement. In her eyes, yoga is not only her way to stimulate and heal both body and mind, but also, a crucial means to her survival.
